Buckeye Plantation has 2500 acres of Bobwhite Quail habitat comprised of a classic combination of fallow farm field, hardwood drains and pine/grass savannah. It is carefully managed and cultivated to provide optimal cover for bird coveys.

Buckeye Plantation has 2500 acres

Welcome to Buckeye Plantation - a warm and comfortable lodge with the bonus of great bird hunting, delicious meals, terrific guides and dogs, and wonderful service.

Rustic luxury and comfort awaits in the 7,500 square foot plantation house -centered among an equestrian field, a 27 acre lake, hardwood forest and pine stand. Inside you will find comfortable furnishings, a variety of rooms, stacked stone fireplaces, a billiard room and card room and several cozy conversation areas. The menu features traditional Southern cuisine along with low country seafood.

Single Occupancy accommodations (in a party of 6 hunters) and great meals at the Lodge
